From a distance, look at the world you have created for yourself - Do you like what you see? Right now, do you live the life that you want to live? Do you know what really matters to you? Are you professionally and financially free? Do you love being in your own skin? Do you feel you are REALLY, TRULY living your life and not (like many) a copy of someone else’s life?
Without knowing what I am and why I am here, life is impossible. Leo Tolstoy
I meet so many people who don’t know who they are. Of course, they know there is a problem somewhere - they live feeling lost; many have forgotten who they simply are, and some question what they are here to do. They feel driven by beliefs and behaviours that they have no control over; they live, day in, day out, just like a robot programmed on autopilot, moving in vicious circles, continually repeating themselves – feeling lifeless, fearful, discouraged and borderline “going out of their mind”.
It is fundamental to know yourself. It is at the core of spiritual teachings of humanity – without that knowledge, you will continue to experience your life without any real fulfilment.
I believe that our needs of belonging and feeling accepted are one of the main causes of loss of self-identity. Sadly, many people are living their precious life at the mercy of other people’s rules and influences. To create for yourself a world filled with happiness and purpose, you must make room for self-discovery – whether you like it or not. Discovering your true identity, who you truly are, is the key to your own freedom and your own happiness. Discovering the true magnificence deep within, which is simply you.
I can help you find your true identity – finding your strengths and weaknesses; what makes you happy and what upsets you; what makes you special and how the world sees you; what motivates you and what dulls your spirit; what qualities you like in people and what irritates you about them. Of course, there are numerous imperfections which could disappoint you if you decide to dwell on them, but on the opposite side, you will recognise many wonderful, unique things about yourself.
When it comes to your imperfections, no one wants to really hear their negative traits, right? BUT, when you know them, you can…if you want… accept them or improve them. The choice is yours.
As you become self-aware, you will possess a good understanding of how you think, feel and behave the way that you do. You will know how to show up in life as the true you. You will also realise how and what you like to learn, how you like to work, and how you like to interact and communicate with people.
Now, imagine living from a place that allows you to choose what you want and what you don’t want. What you need and what you don’t need. What uplifts you and what brings down. What fulfils you and what displeases you. What drives you and what keeps you stuck. And no more guessing anymore, as you can identify clearly your values, create achievable visions and live your true purpose.
Imagine revealing your True-self to the world – how powerful would you feel…
