Spring is taking over from winter. It is in the air, even when the weather is remaining quite cold, there is still evidence of spring to be found all around us. The leaves are appearing on trees, and the sun is setting later. There is something magical about coming into spring, don’t you agree? It feels like the drama of the winter is melting away and the happiness of spring is coming into season. I just love it.

Spring is a good time to start anything new – I have recently launched my Image Therapy Consultancy business, and I am now focusing on my business goals. Spring is a good time for starting any new project or building up your career. Why? Simply because the energy of our planet goes through its cycles of change, which is a primal fact of human life and of all life on Earth. Seasonal living helps us to know when our bodies need to slow down and rest and when we are more favourable for movement and activity. Tune into the natural energy of each season and use it to guide you when designing and organising your life.

SPRING Spring is the time of renewal and new beginnings. We feel naturally more energetic and want to move more. We have the urge to shake off the winter stagnation. Spring is the ideal time to:

• Set resolutions and goals • Start a new project • Contemplate your health and physical well-being • Focus on building your career or business • Take on new hobbies • Spring cleaning • Declutter and organise your life

SUMMER Summer has maturing energy and is a time of completion. Nature is in full bloom, and we feel the need to be outdoors more. Summer is the ideal time to:

• Connect sensually with nature (swim, sunbathe…) • Make time for outdoor activities • Reach for new and happy experiences • Be noticed and enhance your reputation • Be more outgoing and sociable • Make friends

AUTUMN Autumn has satisfying energy that embodies a culmination. It is a season where nature settles down as we move into harvest time. Autumn is the season where we make the most of what we have. It is also a time for research and collecting ideas. Autumn is the ideal time to:

• Save money • Complete your projects • Research and prepare yourself for future goals and projects • Collect ideas for redecorating your home • Plan a trip or a holiday

WINTER Winter is a period of healing and regeneration. This is a time to find clarity on what can be changed in your life so that you can be more successful during the next year. Winter is the ideal time to:

• Rest and relax • Slow down your inner workings • Explore spirituality • Meditate • Start journaling • Reflect • Quieten the mind
